Mt. Spokane Ski Race Team (MSSRT) is a nonprofit youth alpine ski organization dedicated to developing confident skiers, capable competitors, great teammates, and lifelong members of the mountain community.

Each season, we bring together a team of coaches and staff who share a love of skiing, working with young people, and spending winter in the mountains.

Whether you're an experienced alpine coach, a former racer, an instructor, a college student looking for meaningful seasonal work, or simply a strong skier who is great with kids, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from Washington State minimum wage to $20.00 per hour, based on coaching experience, U.S. Ski & Snowboard certifications, professional qualifications, and assigned responsibilities.

Benefits include a Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park Season Pass. MSSRT encourages continued professional development and recognizes advancing certifications and experience through its compensation structure.
