The Membership Payment Plan allows families to spread the cost of membership over several months while reserving their athlete's place in the program.

By selecting this option, you agree to:

• Pay a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration.

• Pay the remaining membership balance in three equal installments, due November 10, December 10, and January 10.

• Authorize MSSRT to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled installment unless another payment method is arranged in advance.

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full membership fee. Coach hiring, venue reservations, staffing, insurance, and program planning begin immediately following registration based on committed enrollment.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable except where required by law. Withdrawal from the program does not cancel the remaining financial obligation except as provided in the MSSRT Refund Policy. Payments may be made early at any time without penalty. Families will be contacted if a scheduled payment cannot be processed.
